Jai Jawan Education Society

Jai Jawan Education Society is a registered non-political and non-religious charitable Education Society founded by Shri Mathews Rosevilla, an Army Veteran along with his Veteran Friends in the year 2001. Blessed Mother Theresa of Calcutta who glorified the name of God by her charitable work throughout her lifetime and the Messiah of the downtrodden is our inspiration. As a tribute and honor to her, the Society started an English Medium School in her name, thus educating the “last and the least of the Society” whom she loved and cared for the most.

Mother Theresa School stands for a progressive development of Society through the unique ways of selfless service to the poor by providing quality education to the children at an affordable fees irrespective of caste and creed with emphasis on discipline, responsibility, positive thinking and empowerment of staff.

Mother Theresa School saw light of the day on 10 June 2002. It is an unaided co-educational School conducting classes as per the Maharashtra Board Syllabus. We do not entertain donations during admission. Our monthly fees is Rs 1,050/- only. We have focused on educating the marginalized. When we started the School, we had 4 students and 2 teachers and to date we have 1,575 students and 42 staff in together. Awe teach Sanskrit from Std I. We specialize extracurricular activities like Yoga, Pranayam, Karate, Halfkido Boxing, Kabaddi, Kalaripaite, Kho-Kho, Dance, Sports Dance, Lezim, School Band, Tabala, Harmomium and Classical Music along with free of cost other than academics. We also educate a few children at concessional rate with the help of sponsors.

Surabhi Goshala

We operate a Goshala in the name of Surubhi at our indapur project. At present we have 12 deshi breed of cows.

Dnyanamruth Vidya Mandir (Proposed)

To start our next Project we have purchased 14 acres of land at Palasdev Bandewadi, Indapur, behind Gram Panchayat Office at a cost of more than 4 crores rupees. Construction of Compound Wall has been completed. We already invested more than seven crores rupees for the development of the project. We are planning to start a School under CBSE/Bhartiya Shiksha Board named “Dnyanamruth Vidya Mandir” for the students from Nursery to STD XII. We are also planning to start a D.Ed. College and an Agriculture College in future.
